Her flexibility in allowing wheelchairs to be tested and exchanged made a significant difference. Moreover, Shana kindly loaned us a rubber wheelchair ramp while we considered more permanent solutions, and remarkably, did not charge us when one of the items couldn't be repaired in their workshop. Even when an item was returned with a small part missing, Shana had it fixed at no extra cost. “Last year I purchased a used mobility walker for my mum to temporarily use after a knee replacement. The ladies were so helpful with their information and guidance. I’m sure this contributed to my mum’s speedy recovery. We returned today to purchase a wheelchair for my 86 year old dad to use, again temporarily.
